I purchased this 3 months ago from Menards 309.00, Paid a plumber to put this in, as I liked the looks of it. worked great at first, each day that goes by it gets harder and harder to flush. Called my plumber he stated that after doing reviews online that this is an issue with this toilet that many have this same issue it appears. He said I should go with a good brand that has been around for years, boy was he correct. I contacted OVE and got horrible customer service. they will not assist me with getting a replacement. Time and Money LOST

You have been warned
We bought 2 of these toilets for a recent remodel. The exterior design of the toilet is very appealing, however that is where the appeal stops. Like another reviewer here after using these for a few months I am ripping them out. The fatal flaw is there is very little water in the bowl, so if an adult or child sits forward on the seat their number 2 lands on basically dry porcelain. As you can imagine it does not flush down well and when it does it leaves a large trail for the next bathroom goer to “enjoy”. My wife is finding that she has to clean these toilets multiple times per day because of this flaw. If that wasn’t bad enough they hardly flush and clog extremely easily. As my title states you have been warned...

Cheap seat
We purchased this for the sleek design, nonporous smooth surface, height and 20% less water usage for efficiency. What we didn't think about was the seat. The one thing you like to change or need to change for cleaning purposes or damage. This is a cheap plastic feeling seat. It functions fine but with the lid closed it flex's when you sit on it making it feel cheap for such an expensive toilet. Also its a special order so your unable to go right out to your local store to get a new seat when needed.

Toilet Seat Doesn't Cover Toilet Properly
I would happily give this toilet 5 stars if not for the ill fitting toilet seat. For some reason the manufacturers did not think that it was necessary for the toilet seat to cover the entire toilet. It just barely covers the hole in the front. I do not like how it feels when my legs touch the bare toilet. If the toilet seat shifts even a little bit then my bottom is on the bare toilet. It makes for a disgusting experience. Manufacturers please design a self-closing toilet seat that covers the entire toilet. Feel free to then ship it to me. While you're at it, could you make it so that the toilet seat isn't hollow? Makes cleaning it miserable. Thanking you in advance for your consideration.

Poor
Bought from Home Depot in September 2020. Sat until I finished remodeling the bathroom. Installed toilet and everything worked great for a few flushes and then backed up. Cleared the drain line which had a clog mid way. Toilet flushed a few times and clogged. Read online that this a problem with this toilet. The seat is very cheap and doesn’t stay in place. I would not recommend

Absolutely horrible to install.
I have been two days now trying to tighten the screws holding the toilet to the floor. The holes in the side are way to small for any adult to get their hands in to try to tighten the nuts down. Along with that there should have been nuts to hold the screws in place. The screw just turns right along with the nut when you are trying to tighten it down. DO NOT BUY THIS TOILET IF YOU DONT HAVE THE HANDS THE SIZE OF A YOUNG CHILD!!!

Good looking toilet but that’s all
My husband and I bought the Buxton model toilet because it was taller than a normal one and looked sleek and modern. The installation was extremely difficult! The seat is ridiculous. It doesn’t fit well at all and slides around. It doesn’t look as if I can purchase a different soft close lid for it as it’s a different hook up,than most toilets. We need another toilet in another bathroom bit it certainly won’t be this model!

DISAPPOINTED! Terrible Splash
I had a complete redo of my bathroom and thought this looked like a very sleek look which goes well with my style. It is designed very poorly, in my opinion. EVERY TIME I use this toilet I am wet on the back of my legs. If this wasnt already installed in my bathroom, I would return it. As it stands I am sure it will be replaced long before it is necessary.
