Like a cell phone, 2 years and dispose.
2 years down the road and both the first and 3rd swirl is very very weak with a strange sound. From the moment you see this toilet working, you will realized that you did a mistake buying it. Very complicated and obviously wouldn't last more than 2 years. Never again. No troubleshooting in the manual. Not sure what to do.

Purchased 2 . . 2014 and 2018 Both are AMAZING!
In 2014 we purchased our 1st one. It worked so well it was the toilet of choice so we added a 2nd for our Master Bedroom. Absolutely love them and would have no hesitation purchasing another one. Had a minor issue with the 10 year old toilet, emailed Ove fast response and got it taken care of for free 🥰

Terrible product
I'm renting a recent house and I'm using it for only 2 months now and this is a terrible product. Flush is working once a time, crack on the seat. Customer Service told me to buy new parts because the current design is bad...

Too much plastic
Like others have said the plastic pieces allow this toilet to break too easily.
My hinge like others has broke and the soft lid seat comes apart from the other section.
$100+ is too much for this part.
