5 day install horrible seat
Do not expect service if you purchase this toilet. They do not respond to email. Hard to call only answering machine. After a while got a second language speaker.
Seat does not stay. It moves all over the place. No way to tighten. Tank leaks took 5 days of over tightening to stop leak. Uncomfortable installation hard to reach areas.
Do not buy. Many other better choices.

Unusable due to bad design
I purchased this toilet almost two years ago for a bathroom project I finally got to a few months back. Went to install it, and it was impossible to do so! No ability to get to screws to tighten. I had to purchase a completely different toilet, and now this one is sitting in my basement in the box. Total waste of money due to terrible design.

Horrible Seat
I bought this toilet about a year ago and have had nothing but problems with the seat since it was installed. We also recently had the toilet water all expel when both flush buttons accidentally got pushed down at the same time. Water from the bowl exploded all over the bathroom. Luckily we were home when it happened.
This toilet is being replaced. The seat slides all over the place when it is sat on and I can't run the risk of it overflowing again.

Works great but tougher to install
I installed this toilet a few years ago. It was tough but I am smaller and was able to contort my hands and arms in to tighten the bolts. My only issues are finding a replacement valve for the dual flush system. Nobody in the area handles them. The toilet seat moves but a little Teflon tape and none slip shelf cover in the bolt holes does the trick.

Looks good, that’s about all.
We had a professional contractor install this toilet for us and the seat moves all over the place and I have to straighten it a few times a day. Have tried to tighten seat but can’t find a way. Waste of money and really bringing down out remodeled bathroom.

Non stop leaking!
Purchased from Costco mid December by a professional. Ever since, said professional has come back 4 times and purchased multiple parts to try to stop this toilet from leaking, to no avail. Now we are stuck with a useless toilet and hundreds of dollars to pay!! Not impressed...

I never thought I could have a toilet preference!
This toilet has been in use for approx 7 years with absolutely no problems. I really like the style and functionality of this toilet. It was VERY difficult to install, but my family does not give up. We had plenty of tools and ingenuity. I recall using a very long extension through the top holes and being a bit of a contortionist! I moved away for a while and was very happy to move back to be able to use this toilet again. I love how much easier the sleek outside is to clean too.

15 yr Plumber- I love this toilet!
This toilet does take a little extra skill to install but well worth it! The bolts are much easier to tighten with a 1/4" ratchet. The reason I love this toilet is the design. The trapway flushes absolutely fantastic it can handle a large load and flush it with ease. Also the sides are completely smooth with no exposed Hardware making my bathroom a snap to clean and is much more sanitary. You need a professional plumber to install or a skilled person who takes pride in what they do. A lot of plumbers shy away from this toilet but thats a reflection on the installer not the toilet. I've have mine 9 yrs now and I've only replaced a flush valve seal....once. I truly love this toilet and as a plumber I wouldn't choose any other for myself! As far as the seat goes you guys need to center and properly align the bolts - then tighten very snug and you'll be fine.
