Mauvaise qualité de produit
J'ai acheté ce produit l'an dernier chez un détaillant Réno Dépot. En premier lieu, le produit était mal affiché et indiquait que le réservoir est isolé alors qu'il ne l'est pas. Je m'en suis rendu compte une fois l'appareil déballé en cours d'installation. Malheureusement des gouttes de condensation sont apparues lors des premières utilisations, ce qui m'a tout de suite désenchanté, pensant avoir acheté un produit avec réservoir isolé. Par la suite, le fond de la cuvette est très difficile à nettoyer et reste taché jaune. Le siège est devenu "lousse" après quelques semaines d'utilisation et j'ai du le fixer avec de la quincaillerie non standard pour obtenir une installation solide. Ceci n'est pas la qualité qu'on s'attend lorsque nous achetons un appareil neuf.
J'ai contacté le service à la clientèle d'OVE pour obtenir un remboursement. Ils m'ont répondu de les appeler pour en discuter, mais il est impossible de rejoindre le préposé au numéro et à l'extension donnée. Après multiple relance par courriels, ils m'ont répondu qu'ils pourraient m'offrir un nouveau siège de toilette pour remplacer celui qui est lousse. Évidemment, cela ne m'intéresse pas puisque je souhaite uniquement un remboursement pour acheter un nouvel appareil qui duquel je serai 100% satisfait.
Malheureusement, il ne sera pas possible pour moi de recommander à quiconque l'achat d'un produit OVE vu la qualité du produit et l'absence du service à la clientèle dans le règlement de cette situation.

Good toilet. Cheap hardware.
I bought this toilet because of the short amount of space it takes up from the wall to the front of the toilet. The toilet itself is nice and will be easy to clean. However, the hardware that goes with the toilet is cheap and flimsy. The seat is not very solid - and you can't replace it with an aftermarket seat - you have to use Ove seats. The handle to flush the toilet feels like it is going to break every time I touch it and the mechanism inside the tank wobbles. There doesn't seem to be a way to snug it up or to replace the handle with something sturdier.

Was not lucky with this one!
I bought this toilet and installed it. It's leaking but not from the seal.
The look is awsome and stylish but not the quality.
So disapointed and mad.
First time buyer of Ove product and it's the last time!

Toilet seat is horrible
Toilet seat is horrible. I have had it installed for less then a year. The seat is no longer soft close and the meatal mounts are no longer silver. They have tarnished. I keep a clean home. I have tried to get rid of the tarnish, but it wont go away. I called to see if they replace the seat, but I can't find my recite. And they wont take the credit card invoice. NOT Happy. For the most part the customer service guy just wanted to get off the phone.

bought two of these toilets from Lowe's. one is good and the other is a lemon. the flush on the top does not seat properly. the seats wobble.
