Leaks
I recently purchased and installed your toilet. Immediately it started leaking. Not exactly sure where it is leaking, but it appears to be from the main seal. The seal itself is not a good design imo. It doesn’t taper into the bowl like most I have seen.
I have read many other comments of people with the same issue. The response from you is always the same, that the leaking it is not common, and you mention it is an easy fix. Can you let me know what that easy fix is? I would like to keep the toilet, but not if it is not functional.

Great toilet saves water
It’s a great product saves water easy to clean. But they made it so you can only buy their replacement toilet seat and I can’t find a replacement dual flush button after market part either making it difficult to replace. They don’t have an online store to order so you get stuck waiting for the parts department to answer. I’m not sure how long to get the actual parts cause i haven’t got through to order them yet. If they sell the stuff in the big box stores then make parts more available. Frustrating.

Works fabulously well
This is the third Beverly toilet that our family has purchased. We love them! They flush really well and we think the dual flush is a really good feature. We also really like the ease to lift off toilet seat and toilet seat adjustment. Every manufacturer should have this feature but only OVEDECORS has it. Great feature! One of our three Beverly toilets had a seat that failed on the slow close of the lid and OVEDECORS was very prompt in replacing it. One had a broken tank on shipment and OVEDECORS replaced it very quickly. Great customer service along with a great product. Cannot beat that combintaion.

Great product but aft a year the seat goes bad
After a year of usage the toilet seat does not close softly anymore. This is the only issue i have and that a replacement seat is about $90

Followup review
Ove was responsive and sent me two Waac rings so I can reset my toilet—it took only two days for the replacement t rings to arrive. Appreciated. We are smelling nasty smells at the new toilet and learned the new wax seal was not doing it’s job. I found another review where a pro installer did not used the provided/European wax ring as it was too thin. We will use two rings and I will update again if this doesn’t work.

Great toilet(s)
I bought two of these toilets when I remodeled my condo. I loved the look, but was a bit nervous when I read the comments here.
Both toilets went in with no problems, they flush fine, no leaking anywhere. Everything aligned as expected. I've already recommended these to a couple of friends who asked how I liked them.

Love this, but the toilet seat moves around
We love the way our new toilet looks, but the seat keeps moving around. When you sit down, it moves to the left or right...sometimes further back or moves forward. It is not securely attached at all. Wish it was!

A Great Product
I purchased a Beverly toilet 3 months ago and have been very happy with it. The installation was straightforward and there have been no leaks. The toilet looks great and it's a breeze to keep clean. I had a minor operational difficulty with the flush and Patrick from customer care immediately responded with a fix. I have been very happy with the product and the customer care.

How can I get the (Beverley) toilet seat not to slide around? I’ve tightened spit as much as I should, but should the rubber apparatus holding the screw be above or below the bowl? And where should the washer be?
The rubber nuts should be holding the screws tight from inside the holes that serve that purpose. Please reach out to one of our installation pros. We'll see how the seat was installed and provide you with the solution.
