Back of the toilet bowl leaks
We are experiencing leaking where the tank meets up with the bowl, behind the toilet. We thought it was the bolts but we are unable to correct it. When you flush the toilet it shoots out water in the back. We cannot figure out what the problem is. the seal around the tank where it meets up with the bowl is not pinched so we cannot figure this out.

Great design
Very srreamlined. It takes up less room than my old round toiliet and the enclosed design makes for easy cleanup with boys. It flushes better than my old one that used five gallons of water at a time.

I just bought a house with 3 of these toilets. They look great until you sit. The seat slides sideways and back and forth. A nightmare!

Warning. Do Not Buy
So many things wrong. I over came everything but the badly designed seat.
It slips and slides all over the place. Will not stay where you want it. It is not bolted it slides into a rubber connection. No way could it ever work.

Outstanding style, comfort and funciton
I installed this model 18 months ago. The design allowed me to replace a standard toilet with an elongated toilet in a very small bathroom. The toilet is well made, great looking and works well. Ove Decor offers excellent customer service. When my contractor lost the flange covers. The Ove team graciously and promptly sent replacements.

Very stylish and clean
My plumber installed this for us yesterday, and I love it! He used his own seal, and we have no problems with the leaking described on some reviews. I liked the clean styling and the water saving double flush. We had seen a similar toilet on a Canadian trip, and decided to take a chance on an unknown brand when we saw it at Lowe's.

Good for a small area

Great Design - easy to install
It's the 2nd of that kind that we installed - easy, no leaks.
It's a pleasant design, the drain is not visible from the side - which I personally like. It makes the outside less prone to dust and is easier to clean.

I now own two of these toilets. A bit challenging to install yourself since many of the bolts and attachments are hidden in order to give a clean look. If you are up for the challenge it is worth it.

Tank gasket is too thick so there's no way to snug to the tank down. They obviously revised the instructions because it's on a separate sheet. Worried those plastic bolts will snap

How can I get the (Beverley) toilet seat not to slide around? I’ve tightened spit as much as I should, but should the rubber apparatus holding the screw be above or below the bowl? And where should the washer be?
The rubber nuts should be holding the screws tight from inside the holes that serve that purpose. Please reach out to one of our installation pros. We'll see how the seat was installed and provide you with the solution.
