Nice toilet but not insulated
I purchased this toilet at my local Costco for $120 Canadian. It ticked off all the boxes. Comfort height, elongated bowl, push button flush, soft-close toilet seat and low water consumption. But for some reason I didn't notice that the toilet tank was not insulated until the toilet was completely installed and after only four flushes I noticed a bunch of condensation dripping down the side of the toilet tank. I looked inside and finally noticed that it was not insulated. I'm going to return this toilet.

So and So
The owner of the apartment installed the toilet last week. 2 different flushes is great for the in virement. A) When flushing very noisy it is not a silent toilet; B) The seat while open, the cover stays on the thank as it is supposed but the other stays about 1 to 2 inches from laying on the cover does not lay on the cover; C) The seat is white but the 2 piece toilet is more of a bone color not white!

Bought two, both missing parts needed to install
Can't even begin to review the toilet since both were missing parts and I was trying to install on the long weekend. Had to go buy another just to have the parts on hand and it was missing several parts needed to finish install. Warranty is useless as the parts have been on backorder for almost two months now. Returning and getting a good brand.

Works well
I can recommend it,
the flushed power is strong if u install properly not going to leaks and the seat is going to close properly. The tank is not isolated there for the refill is loud a little bit but for $129CAN u cannot buy a toilet like this with dual flush and with all accessories included.
Sometimes people complain about the refill noise in the reviews but if u want a quiet one u need to spend extra $60 or $100 between for a less noise one. The question is do u want to spend extra or not.

Newport DUAL flush insulated tank???
I just purchased the OVE Newport model at Costco but it says DUAL flush on the box. I was wondering if the tank is insulated or not on this model (is it different than the single flush mentioned before?). It doesn't say anything about the tank insulation on the box and I would prefer not having to open it to check in case I need to return it for an insulated model. Thanks in advance.

So far not bad
I bought on from Costco. It’s great looking and perfect height. Only complaint is when it was manufactured they crushed the rubber seal from the water supply to the tank. Leaked a small amount. So I took it apart and bought a kit from Home Depot. And replaced the seal.

Can I use a different toilet seat on this such as a brondell swash cl99 bidet seat?
You would need to verify with the manufacturer of the bidet seat if it would be compatible with our elongated toilet.

Is this toilet true white or is it kind of bone color?

Good Day, Is the Newport - Ove two piece toilet considered a high efficiency toilet?
We have equipped our toilets with adjustable flush valves that allow you to customize the amount of water used per flush.
The adjustable flush valve is a component of the toilet that controls the flow of water from the tank into the bowl during flushing. It is made up of a valve mechanism that opens and closes, and can be set to release the desired amount of water for each flush. Finding the right balance of water usage is important, as too much water can lead to wastage and higher bills, while too little can result in inadequate flushing and sanitation issues.
