Provided hardware for installation is inadequate
The shower door was a great deal at Costco. Once I started to install the door and hardware. I found that the provided screws, (ST5x30mm, ST4x20mm, and ST5x40mm) are too short in length to really get a good solid hold on the supporting stud behind the tile wall and Hardie board.
Also, when cutting the supporting bar, the hacksaw will take too long. Recommend using a steel cutting disc.

Sleek looking door
Our bathroom designer selected this door - and we're so glad she did. It's sleek - with clean lines. Nice thick glass. Great looking hardware.

does the gold color match the brushed gold of Krauss or Delta plumbing fixtures?

I messed up. The active door is on the right side and the inactive door is on the left where the plumbing is at. I would like to reverse it to the recommendation. Can I reverse the doors after it has already been installed?

I have my plumbing on the left hand side but would prefer to access the shower from the right. Is it advised to actually reverse the position of the rail and have the door be on the outside to prevent water from escaping?
The plumbing will be on the fixed panel side. Just wondering if instead of having the moving door on the inside, I move it, the top rail, and the track on the outside.

Will the Dayton 60 work in a 54" opening? Can the doors just overlap by 6 inches?

I would like to know the minimum width needed for the shower sill in which the shower door will sit on. It is an acrylic/fiberglass shower pan. Thank You.
