Provided hardware for installation is inadequate
The shower door was a great deal at Costco. Once I started to install the door and hardware. I found that the provided screws, (ST5x30mm, ST4x20mm, and ST5x40mm) are too short in length to really get a good solid hold on the supporting stud behind the tile wall and Hardie board.
Also, when cutting the supporting bar, the hacksaw will take too long. Recommend using a steel cutting disc.

Sleek looking door
Our bathroom designer selected this door - and we're so glad she did. It's sleek - with clean lines. Nice thick glass. Great looking hardware.

I noticed the top of my shower is 58.5 inches and the bottom is 58 inches exactly. Will I be able to use this door? Worried about gaps for water to get through with the slight slant
Thank you for reaching out. Our showers can accommodate for walls that are not exactly square. When installing the panel into the wall track, it can be adjusted to be level. OVE Decors Dayton 60" Premium Glass Sliding Shower Door - Satin Nickel The bar for this shower door is about 1.5 inches short for my shower area. Can a longer bar be ordered? Or are there any other solutions for this problem? Thanks!
