Defective
We ordered this model from Costco and had it installed by a plumber. After hours of troubleshooting, including on the phone with Ove technical support, it would not function. Costco was wonderful about sending a replacement ASAP, but we're still out of pocket for the costs of the installation and de-installation of the defective model, in addition to the inconvenience of being 2 weeks without a functioning toilet in our master bath. I would not recommend taking the risk on this product.

Worked great for a while. Remote stopped working!
I called and emailed customer service in January and was told by them that I needed a new remote because it un-paired from the toilet and would not re-pair. They sold me a new remote, stressed that this was the fix and told me it was non refundable. The new remote took 4 months to come in and we have the same issue. Clearly the remote was not the issue unless I was sent a faulty remote. Both remotes appear to work fine but won’t pair. This is clearly an issue for a lot of people and I am very disappointed with the resolution process so far.

Bad Customer Service
I have two Ove Irennes. Within months of purchase, the solenoid went out on each. Ove responded quickly and got the solenoids to me.
My current problem with the first: the remote has disconnected from the bidet and I can't seem to pair them. I've followed the instructions (section 13) and also followed the YouTube video instructions that was emailed to me.
The second one has completely died: the bidet does not turn on when I press the on/off button. I've checked the GFCI outlet, all connections, batteries, etc. Customer Service has been very slow in responding. I've had to reach out to the place I purchased them today. They will be reaching out to Ove on my behalf. Hopefully, this will help expedite the resolution.

Heavenly...... when it works!
This is a replacement. The first worked fantastically.... for a month. Then it wouldn’t flush! OVE worked with me to replace key components and nothing would fix the problem. OVE then sent me a brand new replacement which my plumber just installed again. Back to heaven! But for how long? We shall see. Really love the heated seat, heated squirts, and blue bowl light.

Ove Irenne Toilet Review
I bought this to replace a bidet seat that failed after four years. I really enjoy the clean lines and the hidden fasteners. The installation came with the necessary items, but I upgraded the wax seal because the closet seal is set below the tile (needed a taller wax seal). I was surprised by the automatic seat and flushing features. The remote is not as nice as my previous bidet—no clock, no timer for spay, dry, etc. Overall, I am very please with the installation, design, and the features. Looking forward to a long service-life from this bidet toilet.

Remote issue and seat replacement
Warning, this $1400 toilet has a life span of 4 years! Do not buy it if you want to replace parts that they want to charge you $600 for.
Like many, our remote stopped working and new ones wouldn't pair. Now the fix is to buy a new toilet seat for $600! What? Thats unreasonable. It's inevitable that this will happen again, so I need to pay $600 every 4 years for a toilet?!
I'm currently fighting with the company to get a replacement toilet seat for a reasonable price. Will they do it? I'll post another review soon.

Toilet water will not stop running. Had to Turned
We purchased the Irenne model from Costco about a year ago but have only been installed for 4 months. This weekend the water WILL NOT STOP RUNNING. I had to disconnect the unit and turn off the water from the shut off valve.
This is a big inconvenience because we just paid for the toilet plus installation and now we can't use the toilet.
I sent an email and a message via OVE support. No one has contact me back!

We love this product!
We bought the Irenne in April 2020 and we LOVE this toilet. All features work as advertised. We highly recommend it, no reservations!
And one more point: we employed a qualified installer instead of electing to install it ourselves.

Our Ove Irenne Nova has never flushed well (my husband won’t use it) but now there’s no water coming to flush, it just slowly drains a little. Please advise asap

IRENNE Classic Smart Bidet Toilet This is what we have and the flush is very weak. Won't completely flush even a single use of tissue for urination. The reducing valve is not in place. What else can we do?

I have three Irenne toilets throughout the house. One of the toilet seat lids doesnt move up and down any more. One side of the lid isn't secure so the lid doesn't move automatically. What can I do? how do I replace the lid ONLY if that's the solution.

My Irene is not "jetting" fluids presently. Recomendations?
