Make sure you have a Plumber Install
We had our unit installed yesterday and our plumber had issues getting the unit to work properly. After being on the phone with a technical person at the company, it works. We used it this morning and it's a bit of novelty. Got to get used to the features, but so far, so good.

So far seems great!
Bought it a year ago but only just installed it. The only "complicated" part of the install is the valve- preferably it wants a 1/2" water supply and it needs to be G thread. Most American homes have 3/8" supply, and if you do have 1/2" it's not going to be G. Thankfully it comes with the required G thread adapter; followed the instructions and all is good. The included valve is LARGE and it wasn't easy to get it pointed in the least conspicuous direction.
The features of this toilet are downright luxury, it is really nice! Like a spa for your butt! The only thing I would change would be to have the option turn the auto-flush off - we live in CA and in an effort to save water we often double up the #1's and only flush once...
Hopefully it stays awesome and lasts a long time.

Problems
This toilet is less than 2 Years old. It stopped flushing after 6 months and now it won't fill with water to flush. I am at a loss. It was expensive and so was fixing it the first time. I love it when it works but now just want it out of here.

Lasted less than 1 year
Purchased from Costco and has only been installed 1 year. Toilet seat only goes down 1/2 way that started about 6 weeks ago. Now the water WILL NOT STOP RUNNING. Had to disconnect unit and turn off water. Do not recommend this product.

Bought 2 toilets and both were terrible.
Toilets should be reliable and durable. Issues with them can lead to major damage in a house! I bought 2 of these January 2021. One had significant problems the entire time we had it. The remote broke pretty early on but that wasn’t covered when we called so we sucked it up and dealt with it. A part broke and it leaked summer 2021. We got a replacement part under warranty but it took months (mid pandemic so that seemed reasonable) during which we could not use the toilet. It leaked a few months after that… my husband managed to fix this one without any special parts. Guess what?! It developed a slow leak in summer 2023. I noticed it and we took the toilet apart to see that it was a major part. So sick of it so we uninstalled and Costco took it back with apologies. It is now sept 2023 and the toilet that seemed ok developed a tiny crack in the middle of the seat. That then spread!!!! I feel compelled to share that we are all of a healthy weight in case anyone is curious. Also, good luck with their customer service. They’ve been short staffed since I’ve first dealt with them in 2021.

Just installed it!
The installation was not so easy for my plumber. Beware when using the rear end cleaning feature. Make sure you are sitting all the way back on the seat or the water sprays all over the back of the toilet behind you. Also, only the lid opens with the remote. Not the seat too. Both buttons only work for the lid. Very disappointing and not sure of this can be fixed. I'm foreseeing issues in the future with all the little functions that can stop working. I'll enjoy this toilet while I can!

Great while it works
After 2.5 yrs the toilet stopped flushing properly. The "jetting" no longer works and i have to flush with a bucket of water. Customer service offered to sell me a part for $60 and $30 shipping that might fix it. I'm not willing to accept that from a $1k toilet. Liked it alot before it stopped working.

Great Features and Nice Design
I bought this a few months ago, and it is finally installed. I have not really had much time to use yet, but it appears to be very well done. I am so excited to have this Bidet! I am giving it a four based on design and features. Have not been able to use but once so far as it just got installed.

Easy Install
I bought this two weeks and the installation process was far more simplistic than other reviewers describe...follow directions and tighten factory set connections prior to installing in order to avoid possible leaks.

On vient d’installer ce modèle . Pas facile d’installation . Pour l’instant la lumière ne fonctionne pas et l’eau ne monte pas plus de 61 degré . Nous devrons appeler pour avoir des infos pour régler ces problèmes

Our Ove Irenne Nova has never flushed well (my husband won’t use it) but now there’s no water coming to flush, it just slowly drains a little. Please advise asap

IRENNE Classic Smart Bidet Toilet This is what we have and the flush is very weak. Won't completely flush even a single use of tissue for urination. The reducing valve is not in place. What else can we do?

I have three Irenne toilets throughout the house. One of the toilet seat lids doesnt move up and down any more. One side of the lid isn't secure so the lid doesn't move automatically. What can I do? how do I replace the lid ONLY if that's the solution.

My Irene is not "jetting" fluids presently. Recomendations?
