Great Customer Service
After about 18 months my Lena smart toilet stopped flushing completely. I called and Jonathan was able to diagnose the problem and sent a new solanoid with east to follow instructions for replacement. I fixed it myself in about an hour (the most difficult part was getting the fittings loose to remove the old solanoid unit). It’s back to working perfectly and looks as beautiful as ever. Thanks!

Sub Standard Product
I purchased 4 toilets and all 4 broke in first year. The replacement part was solenoid and all now the one of them is broken again. Customer service was better earlier but now is very rude and unhelpful. They refuse to transfer to their supervisor and laugh at your requests before putting you on a forever hold.

Broke Within 2 Years - Zero Support
The toilet bowl no longer refills with water. There is still some water that jets in through the bottom when pushing the flush button, but not enough to move toilet paper or waste. I have called and emailed and have had no response for weeks.

My Ove Lena will not stop running water after flushing. It just keeps flushing.How do I get it to stop ?

Comment augmenter le debit d'eau de la chasse d'eau de ce modèle de toilette OVE
Merci d'avoir pris contact. Malheureusement, il n'est pas possible de modifier la pression de chasse de la toilette. Selon le manuel, la toilette a besoin d'au moins 35 PSI de pression d'eau pour fonctionner correctement. Si vous êtes actuellement au minimum requis, une solution potentielle est de retirer le réducteur d'eau pour améliorer le débit d'eau vers la toilette.
