Well packaged and well made door
We put this into our alcove shower that measures 57.5 inches tile to tile. We had to cut the support bar about an inch to make it fit. It would be very challenging to cut the bar with just a hacksaw, I would recommend an angle grinder if you have one. The parts are well labeled and the instructions fairly straightforward. Watching a couple of youtube videos helped. We opted to skip adding the decorative aluminum stirp. Overall, we are very pleased with the door and it feels very solid and well made.

Great Product but Misleading Instructions
Be sure to read the entire series of instructions several times before beginning any of the procedures. Also, do no attempt by yourself. If you are efficient with your steps, you will avoid having to lift the heavy glass panels multiple times. Measure twice before cutting the horizontal rod which functions as a sliding door track. Once it was installed, I had no regrets about buying this product because it looks great and functions fantastically.

Beautiful and so easy to clean!!
Bought it about a month ago and had a professional install it. He had no issues installing it. It turned out beautiful, and it is super easy to clean. I chose this product because it is made in the USA, and because there are no grout lines collecting dirt or causing mildew unlike using tiles...

Just finished installing our second OVE shower door. Compliments our new bathroom and shower very nicely. This door is well made, and it feels solid when opening the slider. Smooth and quiet. Straight forward install. Heavy glass so use an second set of hands

We are looking at the Sdyney shower door enclosure, the Lowe's documentation it indicates that the unit can be installed in an opening 58 1/2" to 60". Our opening is exactly 58", need to know if the bar can be trimmed a 1/2"
Thank you for your interest in our shower. It is possible to trim the support bar to fit your specific needs, but it's important to note that trimming it will limit how far the door can be opened. In you case it will not make much of a difference. Hope this helps!
