LOOKS GOOD SO FAR
I bought the Ove Stan at Costco. Good thing I booked a plumber to install. The box suggests any handyman could install. At first blush the plumber was confused but in no time was able to make all the necessary connections and hook it up. The toilet has a powerful flush so should take care of business. Definitely hire a plumber as the installation is more complicated than suggested and the toilet is fairly heavy to manhandle.

Poor Design / Build Quality
We have had this toilet for just over two years; it has been in use for a little over one. The first issue we experienced was with the actual toilet seat. It cracked in the back, near the hinge, rendering it useless. We bought the toilet prior to commencing our bathroom renovation and it was in use for a couple months before cracking. Despite it being outside of the one year warranty period, OVE was understanding and supplied us with a new seat (which is the only reason I am giving two stars instead of one). Nevertheless, it lasted about seven months and we have the same issue with both the toilet seat and cover (pictured). I understand that the heated seat requires it to be hollow; however it is manufactured with a thin and brittle plastic that cannot withstand the daily use of a 200 lbs adult. I am not impressed and if it were not for Costco’s return policy, I would be furious.

Stopped working after 2 years no customer service
I bought the Stan toilet a Costco just over 2 years ago. It stopped flushing. Makes a squealing noise, tries to flush and nothing. Have been trying for a week to get customer service. Recording says it is a 60 minute + wait and they will call you back. Call back takes 3 hours, then disconnects as soon as you answer, or no call back comes. So currently I have spent $1000 after tax and installation plus $120 for a plumber to look at it, and in 2 years I have no toilet. Beyond disappointed and frustrated. Stay away.

Excellent product
Installed this toilet a week ago and I'm extremely happy with it. The heated seat is a luxury feature especially in the winter and the water pressure is good. It's also sleek & modern looking. I Highly recommend it.

Intermittently won't flush for days at a time
When I first bought this toilet I was in love with it. The heated seat is amazing in the winter, and the toilet itself looks good. I started having flushing issues about a year ago, and every few months since I experience the same problem. I only have one bathroom in my house so it's important to have a working toilet. For the price I expected a better product, perhaps mine is just a lemon, but I won't buy another given my experience with the flushing issue.

Stops flushing after 6 months
At first, I loved this marvelous bathroom marvelous. But then slowly the flushing would start to require 2,3 or 4 flushes.
Now I can't get it to flush without dumping another liter of water down the bowl when I press the flush feature.
There seems to be no way to increase the flushing pressure since everything is automatic.

Luxurious!!
So happy with our purchase. The quality of the product is excellent. We love all the features, especially the heated seat and the blue "night light"
The remote is very intuitive and the functions are precise.

Do not recommend
Like another review indicated it requires 2,3 or 4 flushes for a few pieces of toilet paper. I would not recommend this toilet. After only a year plan on replacing the toilet.

Pretty but poor flush
I bought two of these toilets last year but my reno was delayed. They look amazing but you have to flush multiple times to get everything to go down.

Where can I get more info on the Yosemite toilet #2806843 model 15wst-yose32wht? Is it not to be drained to septic tank or what?

My toilet sometimes flushes with enough suction, but most timea it doesn't. Takes 7-10 flushes most times

Ove Stan was working until I turned off water to do some other plumbing. After turning back on, the flush function is very weak - it goes through motions but amount of water coming in is weaker, & bowl doesn't empty. Not blocked - can pour bucket of water

I can't mute the beeping sounds. Did everything according to the manual instructions.

My remote control is not working. Even if I am sitting on the toilet, and even if I press the same button repeatedly, the chosen function does not work. The light from the remote comes on, so the batteries are working. What is wrong?
Put in fresh batteries first and also try relocating the remote as a test.

Can the Stan automatic flush system be changed to manual flush? The toilet flushes two or more times while the user is seated and this wastes water.
I am here to find a better answer than NO. We usually turn off the power to prevent the auto flush but it is an extra hassle. Still looking for a solution. It isn't a problem for me but other family members don't like it auto flushing.
