Installation instructions are the downfall
The construction and appearance of the door itself are great, but both the printed instruction manual and the video online were less than helpful. Much room for improvement here!

Nice door but the instructions are not Great!!!!
I purchased this door from Costco. While door is nice the instructions are horrible. The measurements need to be in inches if sold in the USA. I had to also watch you tube videos because booklet was lacking.

Awesome door
I love the door. It’s been up for 2 months. It opens and closes easily. Very sturdy. It was heavy - needs 2 people to install. It looks great!

What type of primer should be used to paint this?
To paint the barn door using Quality melamine paint primer would have to be used.

Hi can the door be trimmed down in height and width
The door can be trimmed in height however, the bottom of the door has a cut out for the door guide to bass through. You will need to reproduce this cut out to prevent the door from swaying

Is this the same door that Costco is selling at their warehouse directly? Their item number is 1600323 but I could not find the OVE SKU #.
