Installation instructions are the downfall
The construction and appearance of the door itself are great, but both the printed instruction manual and the video online were less than helpful. Much room for improvement here!

Nice door but the instructions are not Great!!!!
I purchased this door from Costco. While door is nice the instructions are horrible. The measurements need to be in inches if sold in the USA. I had to also watch you tube videos because booklet was lacking.

Awesome door
I love the door. It’s been up for 2 months. It opens and closes easily. Very sturdy. It was heavy - needs 2 people to install. It looks great!

I have an Ove barn door purchased from Costco. The close close does not work on the right side.

Can the barn door product be painted ? And what type of paint do you recommend? Would it need to be primed first ?
Yes the barn door can be painted. Any type of paint can be used. We recommend that you sand before painting

Are door stops adjustable for distance

Can the door be cut? Need 82 inches instead of 84 inches in height.
Thank you for reaching out. The door can be cut. However, you would lose the door guide at the bottom and you would need to create a new channel for the door not to swing. Can you combine two for a larger opening?
Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, if you combine two doors on two separate wall tracks, you'll be left with a slight gap in the center. We do offer a double barn door that could be used for your application. Please see link below
