I bought this at Costco and absolutely love it. The features and look are worth the price. I had a slight problem with my remote after 6 months and their service was amazing. They responded quickly by sending me a new remote at no charge. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I purchased three of these about four years ago and they all still work great and as expected. Easy to install easy to use and a pleasure using it. I cant say anything bad about this toilet. I will definitely be buying one of these again the day i need a toilet.

We purchased this Ove 735H model toilet in 2016 it is now 2020 and we have had no problems at all ! Actually it has exceeded our expectations and We can never go back to a regular toilet ! Great product! Very happy with our purchase !

Great Price for the Features
We just had our toilet installed by professionals as part of a bathroom remodel. I've been wanting a Japanese-style toilet for years, but found the pricing of the toilets too high. The Ove 735H is the perfect combination of features for a reasonable price. My installer had put the toilet in while we were out of town, without pairing the remote to it, so I had to unplug it and pair them - super easy to do once I found that page in the manual - and all the features work as expected.

Frustrating install
I bought this $1,000 toilet and they do not supply "dual inlet valve" that is obviously needed for the install.
Now I have tried a visit to the local hardware store. No success.
I wanted a toilet and ended up with a problem.
They should really do better and include this for a basic install.

Problem Free after 2 years
I don't know what all of the bad reviews are about. I bought two of these about two years ago and we love them. Everything is still working great and we love all the features. I could never go back to a regular toilet. With this toilet I feel so clean when I'm done. 5 star plus rating from us.

Incredible value and features
just bought and installed my new smart toilet from OVE. Wow, what a great investment this was, I can never go back to a regular toilet again. I was hesitant because the price is so much better than other companies but this has all the features and costs half the price!

Same here i bought this toilet couple years ago.. i was all exited about it until it decided to just shut off, complete shut off wont even light up i called customer service they said the peace costs 700$ to grt it replaced i dnt get it..

New owners, I just brought this model 735H/ Virtuoso 8/25/22 we are still leaning the features and trying to understand the remote.
The installation manual could be more user friendly.

Fantastic toilet
I love this toilet and all of its features. I only gave 4 stars because I have to shift my butt for the air dryer to work because it is left of the bidet. Also you have to sit there for a couple minutes for your butt to dry.

We've had our OVE for just over a year now, and we love it!!!
We had only one issue where it wouldn't flush, but I unplugged it and plugged it back in to reset, and it was back to normal.

Don’t buy this!!
I worked well for 1.5 year. Then stopped working ! Cannot flush manually and electrically!! Decided go back to traditional toilet! Don’t buy this. It is waste of money.

I bought this model as is from Menards they gave us a remote that doesn't match the one in the manual. It's from another model. Will it still work?
