If you have problems flushing...
After having this for a year , I was noticing flushing problems and water leakage coming out of my hot water heaters pressure relief valve whenever the toilet was being used. First I installed a water hammer arrestor, which should really be built into this product. That would have saved me all of the adapters I needed to deal with the untapered European/Chinese threads. That took care of the pressure shocks that made the water come out of the pressure relief valve. Then I noticed sometimes the toilet bowl wouldn't fill. The toilet flushes in three phases with a fill then flush then fill. The second phase would work but the first and third one would not. Then installed an inline pressure regulator made for RVs which was fixed at around 40 to 50 psi. Now it works well. The root cause of the problem was probably my city supplying higher and higher pressures of water, which was eventually making my hot water heater PRV to trigger. The latching solenoid that controls the bowl filler has a working pressure limit that is probably far less than the spec on its label.
I didn't go through customer service I just figured this out on my own, three stars for what seems to be a lack of customer service and I completely avoided that route. It's still my favorite toilet ever.

I have this smart toilet after 7 years the bidet jet is not flushing I bought a new part, changed and keeps not working, your customer service is difficult to help, I am not a specialist and you have no technicians to visit, how come? how to solve this?

The toilet flushing is really slow, it has water coming out for flushing but when it flush it’s really slow and powerless

Selon le manuel, la toilette a besoin d'au moins 35 PSI de pression d'eau pour fonctionner correctement. Si vous êtes actuellement au minimum requis, une solution potentielle est de retirer le réducteur d'eau pour améliorer le débit d'eau vers la toilette.
