Works well, as advertised, minor flaws
[review is submitted by promotion] We purchased this product primarily due to company based out of Quebec (live in Ontario Canada). It had all the features desired and a price point that was not "outrageous" (though on the high end). Installation was workable (connector to plumbing slightly concerning to fail one day). Plug length proper but needed to be shortened as we had installed a dedicated 15A receptacle.
It is fairly comfortable to sit in though "leans forward" (in hindsight can see this in picture)
Ability to control on unit or with remote is very important and useful. (remote handy but if it were lost buttons on unit most important)
Flaws:
- unable to turn off LEDs
- LED "failing" (blinks at strange frequency sometimes)

Not your typical toilet seat
The seat was easy to install. It fit in with my decor. I liked all the perks of this seat. I’ve never had a toilet seat that came with a remote. I had attached it to my wall so that it doesn’t go missing. The seat is comfortable and easy to use and keep clean
