Great Glass Shower Door
We reviewed just about everything available at Lowe's Home Store and kept going back to this door. It is finished beautifully and look great. The glass is 3/8 inch thick and the hardware to hang the doors is massive. It looks very modern yet at the same time reminds me of fancy hardware from the past. We couldn't be more satisfied with this purchase and we would recommend this company to a friend or family member. We did have these professionally installed but after seeing the installation I believe anyone with some experience working around their home could do this themselves.

Upset not "easy" from
Do not purchase!
Where do I start on this review....lets start with the "easy installation" claim made on the box. There is nothing "easy" about this installation. The instructions are poor at best, instead of any details given in the instructions you are given vague line items and small undetailed photos to decipher the steps. For example, nowhere in the manual does it tell you that the rolling wheels are a cam system, and definitely does not explain how to use the cam system to level the door. The best you get is a bold line that says to "adjust" the wheels. Let’s go further on this and discuss the installation of the bar. The bar has a mounting system that does not hold level without manipulating the inside "center fitting", which is poorly designed. I will spare you the details of trying to install the lower wheels in tight spaces that result in potential damage to the door. Moving to the handle install, I have never seen a handle with this many washers, cams, etc. for a simple handle! To be honest it is difficult to align the washers since the do not fit the handle casing, so you end up spending 30 mins with a toothpick trying to keep the aligned, each time you turn the screw it sends the washer out of alignment.
Next, we should discuss the box itself and how it dupes you into thinking this will work on any tub system. The box gives the impression that this door works with a tub with a small "shelf" on the top of the tub yet nowhere in the instructions does it tell you how to fit or cut the wall track to fit. In fact, the photo of the door on the box does not even show this metal track installed rather it shows a simple upper and lower bracket.
Lastly the unit itself was fully taped closed, had cellophane wrap and banded yet the first unit was missing a cap, a screw and the metal track! I had to return it to Lowe’s and get a new one because I wasn’t going to wait any longer to get this door installed. That should have been my first clue this was going to be a nightmare.
I am sure that the designer of this door thought he/she was smart and created a beautiful piece and actually the unit is gorgeous, however I would be willing to bet the designer would smartly have a professional install it because he or she wouldn't have a clue on how to install this him/herself.
Overall I would give this door a 0 star rating solely based on the instructions and actual install, but the appearance at least gives it a 1 star rating. I went with this door to save $100 over the Kohler brand however at three different points I considered taking it apart and returning it and spending that $100. For something that is an easy install it shouldn't take over 8 hours to install, and yes, I have experience in installing shower/tub doors so I am not a novice. This company had a chance to earn a long time customer, but I wouldn’t buy a shower curtain from them. Again DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!

Where can I buy this model door? I have to replace the sliding door and I am willing to purchase a complete door in order to do this. I purchased the door at Lowes but they have none in stock anywhere.
