Great shower enclosure
I purchased the shower enclosure almost a year ago from Lowe’s. The enclosure was shipped to Lowe’s and I picked it up at the store. Unfortunately I had to have back surgery and was not able to install the shower until about two weeks ago, I realized that there was a wrong size glass in the box. I called and talked to Patrick and explained it to him. I could not find my receipt from Lowe’s, Patrick took his time went into the computer and found the order and ordered the correct glass and had it shipped at no charge to my house. Patrick made me feel so at ease. OVE DECORS is a great company and they are very fortunate to have Patrick as part of there Team.

Absolutely Perfect Quality and Service!!!
I installed this OVE shower door in an 80-year old cottage I'm restoring and it is stunning! The workmanship and styling really make a a true statement of Quality! And, the company's customer service team handled an issue that was my contractor's fault with Grace and Perfect Service: One of my workers bent the shower-support tube and I needed to replace it as soon as possible. (I have a renter moving in next week!) The gentleman who handled my customer-service call had the part Fed-Exed to me within two days at no cost...even though the problem was NOT the company's fault! I will be working on other cottage restorations in the future and will ALWAYS use OVE shower enclosures!

I fell in love with this door. Was on back order and came in pretty fast. This was the perfect finish to the bathroom. Installing was really easy! Two wheels were scratched I call customer service and they sent them to me in less than 3 days!! I truly could not be happier and will be using OVEdecor when I do the other bathroom!!!

Great quality product
This is a fantastic shower door for a 60 inch wide freestanding shower. I removed my 3 piece shower tub combo and replaced it with a walk in shower. This door fit perfectly. Only downside is the confusing directions. Other than that, great quality at a decent price !!!

Great Glass Sliding Shower Door!
This shower door is great! One side is stationary and one side slides. You can decide before you install it which side is stationary. It looks modern and sleek.

Great system and great service
We installed this door system last year, and have been very happy with it. Water tight, solid design, looks great. One day the fixed glass panel opposite the door exploded, as apparently tempered glass can do due to a miniscule flaw in the glass, though it's rare. Contacted customer service, and they sent our replacement parts at no cost the same day. Super quick response.

Excellent quality, heavy duty.
Just finished installing this door and I like it a lot. Well built, heavy duty, rolls easily. DEFINITELY a two person install and one of the two people should be strong as the panels are very heavy. We mounted the fixed panel track on the wall 7/8" in from the outside of the curb. The directions show it being centered at 13/16" which seemed wrong. Also, purchase and have available (2) #10 x 3" stainless steel screws and (3) #8 x 2" stainless steel screws. The screws provided are just long enough for the plastic wall anchors and should you have wood blocking behind your wall it'd be better to go with longer screws. Another thought is to put down lots of cardboard and drop cloths. If you drop any bit of this very solid hardware on a ceramic floor you could crack a tile. Finally, the range of openings it will fit are greater than what it says on the box. I think it'll do a full 60" opening just fine, and you can always cut down the main support bar if your opening is less than the suggested minimum. It took us 3 hours to install.

Great support for parts
I've had my shower door for about 5 years now and some of the chrome stared to peel off. I've contact the company to buy the replacements but they send me the parts for free. Just make sure you have the correct style / name for you cabin model.

How do I adjust the rollers? My installer adjusted them and now the door opens a bit. I need to level the glass by adjusting the rollers.

What is meant by return panel for walk in shower
Traditional showers are alcove style where there is a back wall and two end walls. If you have an L shaped shower with a back wall and one end wall, you will need one additional panel for the end, the return panel. And the appropriate hardware.

Since there is NO coating on the glass, can you recommend any product or products that we can purchase to apply to inside of glass to prevent spotting? It's a beautiful chrome door, but I really don't want to have to spray windex after every shower.
I would suggest to contact a specialty store to know what would be the best option. We can only recommend a non-abrasive product made for glass.
