Be Aware!
I love the concept of this vanity HOWEVER be prepared to have to make the plumbing access in the back of the cabinet larger AND the roll out shelf may need to be cut to allow for the P-trap to clear. The electrical line on the underside of the shelf may need to be moved prior to cutting. Not all plumbing will fit this cabinet without some sort of modification!
