Heaven in the bathroom
I’ve never had a bidet but it was a necessity as we remodeled our bathroom recently. The heated seat is WONDERFUL and the different spray options provide variety in cleaning. Oh and did I mention the warm air?? We love it!!!

A ring is forming inside our Bidet Toilet bowl. I know that we are not to use harsh abrasives like toilet bowl cleaners but even tried that and no change.......the ring continues to appear. Is there something else we should be trying? love the toilet
Any toilet bowl cleaner can be used in the bowl; however, abrasive cleaners should not be used on the toilet seat.

Mon bidet arrête de chauffer, maintenant à chaque fois que je m'assois il est froid avant il était toujours chaud pourquoi ?
Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre cela. Il est possible que le réglage des toilettes ait été modifié en mode Économie. En mode Économie, l'eau du bidet ne sera pas chauffée tant que personne ne s'assoit sur les toilettes.
