Poor instruction and little quality control
Purchased through Costco to redo the entire bathroom. All the OVE products came with many flaws. Called and sent the required photos and explanations and received no response. First thing is fixed panel had a small but noticeable chip in glass. Instructions were not clear about drilling holes in the product. Will be returning this product as well as the vanity and bathtub. Very poor quality control.

Dangerous product, stay away
If I could give negative, I would. We purchased the shower door in Oct. 2020, when we were renovating our bathroom.It shuttered in the middle of night , luckily no one was in the shower, now my soaker bathtub is damaged. Really disappointed and upset with the fact it only lasted slightly over a year, and more importantly, it could literally kill someone if it happened while someone is it the shower/bathtub. By the way, we had it installed by professional, when we did renovation . So, I would suggest stay away from this product

Awesome door but poor quality control
Love this door, looks great and works great. However there are a bunch of tiny black specks on the glass, and when I scrap them off it leave tiny like indents like chips in the glass. Also one of the hinges were assembled backwards so that you have no choice but to have one side have the revealed screw bolts. Disappointed.

door is sagging
Door quickly got out of alignment and is pulling away from the top. The door bumps into the stripping at the bottom every since installation. Which that has made the plastic strip fall apart that slides onto the bottom of the glass door.
