Great product. Exceptional customer service!
I bought this back in March 2020 but didn’t install until May when my bathroom remodel was finishing. Upon install, almost towards the last steps, I tagged the shower door against a corner of the shower and before I realized it, the glass door shattered. I emailed OVE that night and by the next morning they had responded, with their first question asking if everyone was ok! The customer service agent sent me a purchase order that day for a brand new door to be shipped out! After carefully installing this door the second go around, it looks amazing and works fantastic. Don’t second guess, just put it in your basket and hit purchase.

Great product
Purchased this from Costco for our basement that we were having finished. Product arrived quicklY and delivery was a breeze. Had it professionally installed, installers had never worked with this product and said instructions could be improved. End result is fantastic, we love the look and the quality. I am a bit disappointed that it is now $120 cheaper than what I paid for it just 7 months ago.

Installed easily
Redid my shower. The process was a pain but installing this shower door myself was easy. You will need tile bits and concrete bits and pay attention to the directions. Step by step is key to success. Saved 700-800$ installing it myself.

We are installing this shower door right now and one of the spacer washers fell down a vent and we are unable to locate it. Are we able to purchase a replacement? If so, how soon could we expect it?
