Beware!!! Do NOT buy!!!!!
Everyone Beware! Bought this 6 light chandelier at Costco. I'm not a man of many words so here are the concerns/problems.
1. Overall finish is good but the chandelier just does NOT have a solid feel after all joints tightened.
2. Hanger rods and base are NOT perpendicular. If this happens to you, good luck, it's a big problem but not as catastrophic as next problem.
3. Final to step is to tighten the center nut with threaded rod on the mounting plate. Nut ID (inner thread) is too loose so it does not tighten on the rod. This is a complete show stopper. I cannot put back my previous light so at this time, I'm stuck with no light in the dining room.

Light is not bright enough
I bought this in Costco and read the reviews before I started preparing for this install (I wanted to see if some of the bad experience is relevant for me). I’m glad I did this because I didn’t waste a lot of time! The lights are way to dim! I found myself going down the path like another reviewer (The chandelier is sturdy, maybe we can replace the bulbs) - But why? If anyone paid attention to the LUMENS they would not buy this product (Oddly that’s not mentioned clearly on the box). I’m returning this right away. I gave 1 star as I could not go lower! Hope this prevents others from spending money preparing for this install before plugging it to see the light output

Bottom glass diffuser do not fit in any sequence
Two bottom glass diffusers did not fit in the sequence as per the instructions or in any oo the other orifices in the unit. subsequently resulting in one of the diffusers cracking.
The hanging collet for the unit had to be completely readjusted to secure the unit to the ceiling and the unit was still loose fitting even after tightening as much as possible. After taking the time remove the old lighting and to install the frame into the final stage of completion the bottom glass diffusers didn't fit and the light bulbs set in the frame work crooked. What a piece of junk. And oh yea I am taking it back to the store today and will never buy any your products again. OVE deserves to choke on the return cost of all of these units that are returned for faulty workmanship.

Piece of Junk
We purchased this from Costco and had it installed. The fixture does look good- however when we turned on the light we though we were being punked. The bulbs that come with the fixture are less bright than our cell phone flashlight. We ended up purchasing 7 different bulbs (all with the correct connectors) and NONE of them worked. This light only works if you use the dim unusable bulbs included. After spending over 400+ on having an electrician come out to diagnose the problem- we are taking this light down and will never purchase another Ove product again.

Great product. Very modern and sleek.
Just bought this light for my den area. Great modern and sleek look. We lock the color and the top and bottom glass. Install was very simple.

Terrible workmanship
The pieces that connect the light to the rods were installed crooked so the entire light is crooked. Without even putting the rods on I could tell these small pieces were crooked, how could this even be let out of the factory? How does this pass inspection and standards? It was crooked before I hung it up but I installed just to see if it would balance out. Nope. Take a look

Wouldn’t give any stars if possible
Bought this almost a year ago at Costco. Two of the glass cylinder pieces were cracked. The instructions in the box asked that you call customer service and not return to store. Have called and been on hold with customer service multiple times still no replacement parts…. Going to remove it, return it to the store and buy a fixture new fixture else where.

Can it be hung on an angled ceiling
Thank you for reaching out to us. Without any modifications or adapter, it cannot be hung on sloped ceilings as the rods are stiff.

I have this wonderful chandelier but would like to know if I can put a higher wattage bulb to replace the ones it came with.
Thank you for reaching out to us. you can switch out the bulbs. The bulb type is E12. What comes with the Bennett is a 3000K (Warm Yellow) you can try 4000K (Bright Yellow). Please reach out to us if you have any more questions.

Can I make it shorter by leaving out 1 of the tubes
I just installed this unit and left out one of the long tubes on each post. These are just hollow threaded tubes and have nothing to do with the functionality.
