Excellent quality, plywood base with fiberglass re
If you're looking for a quality shower base this is it. Amazing finish fiberglass reinforced with plywood. This is not plastic does not have the plastic disc that's supported. It has a quality Base. Will stand up to Everyday Use and last year's versus the plastic wrap that can be easily damaged or fade out quickly

Great shower base
Bought this because there was a joist where the center drain would be this is well made and easy to install the drain is hidden by a cover piece. It would be better if the cover was able to be “snapped “ into place but it isn’t a real issue. The base can be used with two or three walls. I am very pleased.

Looks Great!!
Was not hard to install. Will see how it holds up when tile is completed. I would recommend following instructions and use concrete underneath to level.

Installed as per instructions and it is leaking in the corners and along 3 edges.

Can this base be used with any glass panel? I want to use it with a non Ove glass panel I have. No doors or pivots - just a glass shower panel
It can be used with many doors including non Ove shower doors. However, please make sure of your measurements and verify with your manufacturers of the shower door if it is compatible with Non "X Company" base.

My builder installed this base and it creaks very loudly when you walk on it. Any ideas what might have gone wrong with the installation, and any suggestions for how to remedy this?
To "cure" this, you might try adding some of the low-expansion foam from one of these 2 places.
1) Spray in the foam from an access panel to the shower valve area. (Panels are typically located on the other side of the shower control wall to allow repair to the plumbing.) 2) Spray in the foam from the ceiling of the floor under the shower. If no panel exists, make one by cutting a section of drywall out of the wall of a room adjacent to the shower or the ceiling underneath. Cover the hole with a plastic access panel from Lowes/Home Depot to make it nicer. These panels are paintable. DON'T cut the access right at the squeaky area - the foam will expand out push the panel away instead of pushing against the underside of the shower pan. Try to tape on a longer "straw" to get to hard to reach areas.
