Great Faucet
Easy to install, looks fantastic. Great customer service. Small issue with water temperature contacted 800# and within minutes problem solved. Maybe include water temp restrictor directions with instructions

I installed the Athena freestanding Tub Faucet myself last week. The Satin Nickel Faucet is absolutely beautiful and the directions were easy to follow. I did call Ove Decors Customer Service for assistance with two Questions I had. One involved removing the plastic limiter on the hot water valve. Jennifer immediately emailed me detailed instructions that were very simple to follow. I had the plastic limiter removed in 5 minutes. My other Question was regarding the length of the included hot and cold water supply lines. I needed them to be a few inches longer to make the hookup easier for me. Jennifer again assisted by shipping me two lines that were 5 inches longer at 31” in length, at a reasonable cost. I received them FedEx the very next day! Thank you Jennifer!!!
The Faucet works flawlessly and appears to be of High Quality.

Just got it installed and looks great. Contractor had some problems getting it installed based on where they plumbed the water lines, but it seems to work well.

Beautiful and high quality
Very impressed with this fixture. Nice finish (Satin finish) and very study unlike others that I was considering. Also love the height of the fixture which is perfect for the location that it occupies in the Master Bath right under a window. This fixture includes the divertor valve inside the fixture and all the needed hoses. This was installed by a plumber.

would get 5 stars if cartridge was right
Overall, it's a nice filler especially for the price. The looks nice, the fill rate is good, and it is fairly sturdy. BUT, we had to mess around with the cartridge to get the water hot enough -- this is a problem that is mentioned in numerous reviews going back several years, so why does Ove not address it or post instructions for diy online?!?! What a pain.

Looks Great, Poor Quality
While this looks very nice once installed, if you use the detachable shower head, it will leak badly when you hang it up. I have tried laying it down on its side for an hour to drain but that still doesn’t stop it from leaking once I hang it back up.

Looks good but touch installation
Just helped my contractor installed this. Took two because the threads on the base leave very little room for adjustment. The instructions could have been much clearer.
