GREAT IN CANADA
This is a nice toilet, except if something goes wrong and you don't live in Quebec you have a problem. All OVE provides is instructional videos and parts, I am outside Los Angeles and am having a hard time getting this fixed. I would not buy this toilet again because although OVE enjoys selling their expensive toilets to Americans they have no authorized repairmen in the US.You try Googling, no one wants to work on them as they are so flippin expensive. I have been without a toilet in master bath for a month, have called supervisor twice and receive videos piecemeal. Save your money and BUY AMERICAN!

Does everything
We have had the toilet for six months and have been very happy with it. Its features negate the need for a separate bidet. The only draw back is that the automatic flush does not work if the lid remains up. Since there is no manual flush, the user has to know how to use the remote control. While not difficult, virtually every new user has to get instructions to use the toilet.

Good features and poor execution
After significant research in Korea and China on smart toilets, we purchased the Saga Smart Toilet due to a Costco email. The challenge with a smart toilets is that you really cannot properly test a toilet that must be installed and used privately. After two weeks of use, we are not exactly thrilled with the usability and design of the Saga. Compared to a Toto toilet, the Saga Smart Toilet is much more cost effective. Here are the challenges: The remote requires you constantly wake it up with a tap and then a tap to start a function, sometimes you can press an action twice, which changes the function. Pushing the drying cycle flushes the toilet automatically, if you need that extra bit of comfort to use paper to dry, you'll need to flush again to get rid of the paper, it really should not flush if you press dry. The lid should automatically detect the proximity of the user and open automatically, then as the the user gets up and walks away, it should automatically close the lid. The pre-cleaning spray often shoots a bit of cold water before starting the warm water bidet cycle, you should never feel any pre-cleaning. The drying air velocity is not high enough to properly dry and you'll need to do a second pass with paper. The female cycle needs a bit of adjustment and you may need to lean far forward quite a bit to have it work effectively, even when adjusting the jets. The status lights are constantly on and there is no way to shut them off. The toilet is so far reliable but last night it seemed to go nuts beeping, then you could not stop the bidet. Removing the batteries from the remote made it respond again albeit during an unstoppable bidet hostage crisis. There is much more to say but by now you understand. I develop software for a living and this version simply feels untested and incomplete. Great design, good features but poor execution. There is no turning back and we can't return it so we'll live with the shortcomings.

Great Value
Excellent value from Costco on this product. Many features. Love the warm seat. The spray i am still learning best postion.
I still like Toto high end but you are spending multiple x amount for it. We are happy with Ove. A solenoid was not working at install so they worked with our amazing plumber to get that new part out right away. We were lucky our new plumber was kind to us on the install costs since this glitch cost us all more money and time. That said, i still recommend it. Installed in Feb or so....so far so good. I did my research as should you. Ove has a good reputation on this toilet.

Great Product and Excellent Customer Support
I purchased the Ove Sage from Costco two years ago. Love the design and functions! Excellent customer support team who genuinely seems to prioritize customer satisfaction. They always answer questions quickly and send out replacement parts when needed. It's a great option for a smart toilet without a high end price.

remote issues
great unit works well for the past 2 1/2 years but the remote has a mind of its own, the toilet will start randomly beeping on its own, have to remove the batteries to get it to stop gets to be a pain in the rear being woke up in the middle of the night because of my toilet

Does not work well
Purchase 2 of the Ove Smart saga toilet and both are not working. There is something wrong with the flushing mechanism and both will not flush. Try to flush a few times and then the toilet over flow. So frustrating and customer service is horrible.

Beautiful and functional
After looking at many different options, and trying another add-on seat in our other bathroom, we chose this model for our hall bathroom. It provides a clean look and a clean posterior. If you've been hesitating, just do it!

Why is the water level low in one toilet? The other one has a higher water level. How can I increase the water level?

My OVE smart toilet quit and our local repair people say it can’t be fixed. The base is still fine. Can we purchase the top half and install it on the existing base?

The replacement toilet seat assemblies m don't appear to work with the old remotes. 2 different toilet seat and both remotes have problems that are somewhat different. new batteries , unplug the electricity wait 5 minutes and plug in. Any ideas?
