Just beautiful!

Sydney Chrome Shower Door 60
I was pleased with the shower door until I needed to replace the seals. I was told that the parts are on backorder and won't be in for at least 4 months. This is unacceptable!

Don't expect any help with missing parts
I purchased this door and it's beautiful but, I called numerous times because it was missing a part. They never call back and you don't even get a chance to talk to a human.

My OVE Decors Sydney 56-in to 59.5-in W x 78.75-in H Frame Color Sliding Shower Door shattered this am after being used. no one was in the room. how do we get another door? It's the side that slides, not the fixed panel.

I am a glass installer in the US. We have installed a bunch of the Sydney 60 that we purchased from Lowes. One of my customers has shattered the door. Is it possible for me to get a cut sheet for just the door? I can get a door made locally.

The O-ring at the top of the door is not large enough and the door roller hits the metal cylinder. Do you have larger O-ring?

How do you recommend cleaning the bottom seal of the sliding stall doors. Mine have green trapped and I cannot devise a way to clean. Extremely frustrated and welcome any suggestions.

Sydney-60 Many of your pictures show the shower head on the side of the fixed panel. All manuals do not indicate the appropriate side for the fixed panel. Can the fixed panel be installed successfully, without leaks, on the shower head side?
It is a common setup in bathrooms. The Sydney will remain leak free.
