Dangerous item. Beware.
We bought this soft close shower door system for a bathroom remodel and had nothing but trouble with it. It was extremely difficult for our contractor to install, leaked constantly and eventually the hinges froze and the door was stuck closed. It shattered into thousands of pieces when we tried to open it. Sarah away from this terrible producer and company.

DEFECTIVE HINGES
I bought this item from Lowes and wish I would have read all the reviews before purchasing. EVERY SINGLE POST has the same complaints. This product is hard to install and the instructions are extremely vague, once installed the system leaks, and after about 6 months the hinges freeze and door no longer opens.

Gorgeous but not quite intuitive to install. It’s also functional for our 3/4 bath.

Purchased and installed recently. Looks good. Soft close hinge shuts too fast. Talked with parts department and they said they would send new hinge. Have not received in over a month. When can I expect it?
