Nice vanity but no Customer Service!
Nice vanity and well built. Arrived with all the parts, but when I tried to order an additional backsplash to serve as a side splash the Parts site is unavailable. Two requests to place a callback went unanswered as did an email to their published support site (got rejected at the receiver end). Truly disappointing. Their Parts web site says something about a big move which could explain a delay in production or shipping but does does not explain the lack of follow up to a phone call or email. Fortunately, nothing critical but I shudder to think what would happen if it was.

Overall Great but a couple of defects
Vanity is amazing however the wood is more of the cheap side and keep easily chip and the granite it comes with is not sealed. We discovered leaving my cup of water that water rings developed quickly so we had to seal which you would expect would already have been done for it being very expensive.

What are the precise dimensions of the KAYA VANITY 72IN DARK CHARCOAL without the counter top? I need to fit an existing space and the pdf technical drawing on line is for a different product.
