Excellent service
We purchased the Alonso double vanity in white with black hardware, over a month ago. However we wanted brass satin hardware. I contacted the company via email, and was helped by Michael who arranged for the handles to be sent to me at the cost of the company.
We had to wait for a number of weeks as the hardware were on back order. when I thought they had forgotten my order it arrived in the post, well packaged and ready for fitting. The level of service from Michael and the team was excellent.
The vanity now fitted in our main bathroom - provides the family with space required for storage, whilst looking stylish with smooth clean lines. Highly recommend a beautiful unit.

Beautiful, well constructed with great Features
We bought this from Costco no sure of what we would receive, but once opened and installed the quality is outstanding. Many complements from guests and even the contractors on the quality. We did not get the white finish, we got the Almond Latte Finish which went perfectly with our original trims and moldings

Etched Countertop - Terrible Support - DO NOT BUY
We recently bought the brown version of this vanity from Costco. The countertop has visible etching over the entire surface. We called OVE for support and they said they would send us some cleaning product. For the price we paid I'd expect for them to either replace the top or pay a professional to fix it. Don't get involved with this company, they are a SCAM!

I need to know if the hardware comes in chrome. Also was wondering if the top comes off .
