Not quite sure I’m happy.
Just bought 2 of the Sabine toilets. Beautiful toilets actually. As it had no details inside the box, not sure if raising the handle up is the lower gallon, and down is higher? The really surprising part, is the flush lever is so cheap it’s hard to believe that’s what you get for this caliber of toilet. We put one in the guest washroom, and now I’m quite disappointed. To make a toilet this nice, and totally cheap out on the lever, kind of ruins it.

Beautiful and In Love
I ordered this toilet to replace a 35 year old toilet that cracked. It's straightforward to install but do allow extra time to secure the toilet to flange hold-down bolts. The seat is sturdily mounted. One does need to tighten the mount screws more than I was comfortable with at first, but they work.
Flushing is smooth and very quiet. Fill time after flushing is under 20 seconds for a 1.2 gallons flush and under 25 seconds for a 1.6 gallons flush. It has been in operation for two weeks and no clogs. The old 3.5 gallons/flush toilet clogged often.
The toiled is so beautiful, that it has inspried me to remodel the bathroom in a Mid Century Modern theme. I will post post photos when complete if I can update later.
I recommend this toilet!

Sleek style, good flush
Our model is called the "Beverly" although that option is not on the Ove website. We purchased the unit from Home Depot when we determined the need to replace out master bath toilet. We have the same unit in a hall bath and it has performed well (and we like the style as well). My only complaint is the plastic seat, particularly the lid. You cannot stand it for reaching things like on shelves above it. The lid would break. Otherwise, we look forward to many years of use.

Missing Parts from
Part missing - delayed install
The manufacture did not include the correct hardware inside of the box. One of the bolts in the hardware included was the wrong size; it was too big. My handyman performing the repair said he will have to charge me another $125 fee to come out to finish the install whenever the correct part comes in. Really disappointed about this.
However, the toilet is beautiful and functions well.

Shouldn’t feel this cheap
The function and style of the toilet is great, but it feels very cheap for this price range. The seat and handle are made from thin plastic that feels like a child’s toy. The seat started creaking and flexing after a year of use between two lightweight people. I replaced the seat with something better, but I wish there was a way to replace the handle with something more substantial.

I love the height of this toilet!
We bought this from Costco as we were re-doing our entire master bathroom. I absolutely love how it is higher than the average toilet. I also love how it flushes so fast! One thing I always hated about cleaning a toilet was getting around the bolts and all the sides of a regular toilet. Now it is so easy to clean.

unhappy toilet from
leaking valves
I have purchase few of these toilets from costco, the water valve in tank start to leak with in few month. Also, it is almost impossible to find replacement parts for it and get hold of their customer service vs their customer service line...... maybe the best option is return them back to costco.

Hello. Does Ove Sabine 1-piece toilet has a special coating similar to TOTO's CEFIONTECT glaze which prevents particulates from adhering to porous, ceramic surfaces., etc.? This ultra-smooth ceramic glaze baked in during the manufacturing process.
Our toilets our manufactured with a glazed ceramic.

When running the sink, the evo dual flush starts blurping. Then the toilet backs up the next time it’s is flushed. This has happened twice in two days. Fix ideas?
It sounds like there is a blockage in your plumbing system that is preventing the water from flowing smoothly. Here are a few potential fixes you can try:
Plunge the toilet: Use a plunger to try and push the blockage through the pipes. Make sure you have a good seal around the drain and use a vigorous pumping motion to create suction and push the blockage through.
Use a drain snake: A drain snake is a flexible tool that you can use to physically push the blockage through the pipes. Insert the snake into the drain and twist it while pushing it further in until you feel resistance. Then, pull the snake back out, removing any blockages in its path.
Check the vents: A clogged vent can cause air pressure issues, leading to a gurgling sound in your toilet. Check your vent stack to make sure it is not blocked by debris, leaves, or other materials.
You can always call us if you need more information. We can be reached at 1.866.839.2888 or by email at [email protected]

What is the distance from the wall to the bottom rear base of the toilet? We need 4 inches of clearance for the water valve. Thanks
Thank you for reaching out. This would all depend on your rough-in of your plumbing. Attached is a PDF with the measurement of the toilet.

Aloha I have two Toto Washlets that work just fine, I want to insure they will fit onto your Sabine Toilet. Living in Hawai'i, Costco is my only choice to get what I want: a standard height, single piece, dual flush, elongated, skirted toilet.
The Toto Seats should fit as long as they're meant for elongated toilets. If you would like we can send you any technical drawings with measurements of the Sabine Toilet. Send us an email at [email protected]

Will this toilet fit a bidet if the original seat is removed?
Depending on the bidet that you chose, you may or may not have to remove the seat. If using a basic non-electric type (e.g., Bio Bidet Elite3) you can use the original seat. If using a fancy electric bidet, the bidet itself comes with the seat - so the original seat has to be removed.

What are the compatible Bidet for this model?
We installed the elongated Bio Bidet A8 Serenity Smart Bidet Toilet Seat. It fits perfectly.
Before our daughter gave us this fancy bidet, we used the Bio Bidet Elite3 Non-Electric Bidet Attachment.
Both models worked for this toilet.
