Great product for the price….except
Hi I purchased Ove Canberra from Costco and am very satisfied with it, except for one thing…the colour of the drain cover is quite different than that of the shower pan. I have attached a photo for reference. Is it possible to get one that matches!

Beautiful design!
I had this installed a month ago. It's beautiful, heavy weight glass. I've received several compliments on the door. My only disappointment is that the black finish scratches off easily. It was a challenge to install and required watching multiple youtube videos.

Looks fantastic!
I bought this for a bathroom remodel that included a tile shower. The clear glass allows the tile shower to be the main focus. The soft close feature is great for kids. No more slamming doors. The glass is also very easy to clean.

I have the base and doors 2 part combo. Does this only go in an alcove or is there a glass end included
I have this same issue as we are installing this shower on two walls. While a glass end is not included, is there one that can be ordered? We were confused by this as the Canberra 60 pictures show the side panel with the glass door and panel. Hopefully a glass panel and hardware can be ordered to finish off the exposed side... Thank you

what is the drain location distance from the back wall and end wall? I am looking for right hand drain.
Thank you for your question. The Canberra is the glass panels and hardware only. the base that is shown in the pictures is not included. Some retailers that sell our products do include the base in a Kit.

I bought the OVE 60 Canberra 60 shower base and door from Costco. I would now like to purchase the glass panel wall. Where can I buy it from and aprox. cost please?
You can purchase the side panel direct from Ove if you call their customer service number. The part number is 15SG1-CANB32-CHRW (Chrome Finish). Cost was around $200 plus shipping.
