Does our tub come with all the parts to connect with the plumbing pipes?

No, but we carry the p-trap, adaptor and flexibles tubes. These parts can also be found in most big box store.

Are the showers reversible?

Almost all our showers are reversible. Please refer to the instruction manual for details.

Do we have to use a levelling cement under the base?

Yes, the system is built-in every faucet.

What quantitity of levelling mortar is needed?

1/4" or 1/2" of mortar or levelling cement is required.

Does the width of the shower calculate on the rough or the finish wall?

The width of the shower is calculated on the rough since the base is screwed on the stud. The you have to deduct the width of the gypse and the ceramic.

Can I install the shower on a ceramic base?

Yes, it is possible. Please read the specifications in the instruction manual.

Is it normal that the door panel is hanging inside the shower base?

Yes, this is part of the seamless and minimalist look.

Can we install the shower with a return panel (corner unit)?

Most of our showers come with a return panel. Please refer to the product page for details.

Do you offer different finishes?

Where do you apply silicone?

It is recommended to apply silicone between the bottom seal & the glass and between the seal & the abse. You should also apply between the vertical track and the wall.

Do you customize your showers?

No, refer to the product page for the specifications.

How can I remove the drawer?

If the glides are under the drawer boxm take off the screw near the facade and pull. If the glide are on the side, push the plastic clup and pull the drawer.

Is this real wood?
