are these lights dimmable? a little to bright for my 10*16 deck. they would be the only lights on this switch. and awesome lighting btw!

We replaced the light bulb in our outside fixture with a socket. We turn the string light on and off with the light switch. With this type of installation can we install a dimming switch and therefore are the string lights dimmable?
