When I first installed this toilet I thought it was leaking around the base. I took it apart, checked and sealed all connections, then reinstalled. After flushing a few times thought I STILL had a leak. Being a maintenance tech, I took the tank and seat off connected everything and flushed the toilet. The water pressure was making the water spin out of the bowl on the back side under the seat then running down to the base. After restricting the water flow I reinstalled the toilet again, set everything how I wanted it and instantly fell in love with this! To anyone seeing a "leak" you probably need to restrict your water flow into the toilet

What I Expected from The Reviews
Great looking and multifunction bidet. The bolts to hold down the bidet were the wrong thread tolerance, but acquired the correct ones. Getting the remote to sink with the bidet was more difficult than it should be, but if you read other reviews, they say the same thing. Difficulty to install the first time on a scale of 1 to 10 is a 6. After you do it once it would be a 3. Time will tell on the durability, but I would buy it again

Mon bidet arrête de chauffer, maintenant à chaque fois que je m'assois il est froid avant il était toujours chaud pourquoi ?
Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre cela. Il est possible que le réglage des toilettes ait été modifié en mode Économie. En mode Économie, l'eau du bidet ne sera pas chauffée tant que personne ne s'assoit sur les toilettes. I am trying to figure out the best way to operate my new OVE Bliss smart toilet. Is it all just manual steps using the remote? There were better operating instructions on my other bidet toilet seat. and you can push just one button on the remote

What are the main differences between OVE Smart Toilet - NOVA & IRENNE ?
Thank you for your question. There are no differences, some retailers sell it under the name NOVA while others Sell it under IRENNE. it is the same toilet
