Great toilet with interesting install
Solid construction. Really a tankless toilet because the tank is faux for covering the water actuator at the base. I like the battery backup for the flusher. The high-pressure valve was a tricky install so be prepared for it. The valve is about 4-6 inches and did not account for this. The water line comes out almost on line with the toilet and then adding the valve overlapped with the toilet. I had to cut the water line almost into the wall and it is also a bulky valve. Make sure your water line is secured. Overall, nice toilet, but tricky install.

broken parts, no customer service
Bought this toilet less than 6 months ago. It has become noisy when flushing (like a high pitch whine through the valves) and is constantly running/leaking water. I have two more ready to install in our renovated home, but will be returning to place of purchase.

It is wonderful!
I bought this a month ago, had it installed by a plumber. Works get!!!!
Only problem I am seeing right now is the buttons on the remote have some of the plastic covering bubbling. Will this effect the unit?

I purchased this for my bathroom renovation. My first bidet and I could not be more pleased. Looks pretty and works very well because spraying is optional and when in operation they are gentle and on point! A very smart look for my toilet closet. The lighting feature is a plus for late night visits. It is now my favorite toilet in the house. Go from the regular toilet to this. If you are on a well you should be careful not to overload with toilet paper because the efficiency of the toilet makes for a lower flow of water to flush out contents. Per my plumber rinsing/flushing with Dawn dish detergent helps with keeping the pipes clear. Just extra info. Purchase this toilet if you are thinking about it!

Wonderful!
I bought this toilet, without knowing anything about it, other than it looked good. My contractor installed it, with no difficulties and I absolutely love it. Getting up in the dark of night, it guides you where you need to go.

Don’t buy this product
I bought this 3 years ago. The little flapper over the air vent broke off during cleaning. First I was told I must but t try he whole fan for around $80 plus shipping. I called back months later to try again and was told I could get the little 1”x3” plastic piece for $15 but shipping would be $23. This is something that should go in a small padded envelope so I passed. Now the water won’t quit running after a flush. After 5 hours of phone calls I got a guy who directed me to unplu and reply the power cord in the tank 20 times. If that didn’t work, it didn’t, call back. I called back at 9:00 am PST and left a message to get into the call back queue. No call back all day and now they’re closed. I have to try again tomorrow. The toilet flushes on its own or the lid pops up automatically every time I pass by. If you don’t have a separate toilet room don’t buy this. Service has been bad all four times I’ve tried. The operation leaves a lot to be desired. You’re a lot better off choosing an automated bidet toilet seat for a few hundred bucks. Don’t spend the big bucks on this thing. I’m probably gonna find it cheaper overall to replace it with a nice low flow dual flush with a Bio-bidet seat like the two I have in the other bathrooms.

Good product but installation is not easy
I bought the product a week ago. So far, I am happy with the product.
The installation was not easy though. It took me over 5 hours to install it. There are 2 major design problems.
1. Too little room at the back to work with water pipes and tight the screws.
2. Very difficulty to get seat attached firmly. The plastic plugs provided do not work. Luckily, I found nuts that match with the bolts to tight the seats.

Great Bidet
I bought this bidet 22 months ago. I really liked all the features that came with this bidet and it worked well. However, everything stopped working at 22 months. I called and talked to a supervisor. He replaced the bidet seat. The seat came within 3 business days. I installed it and everything is working well again. Thank you.

We just installed a brand new irenne nova bidet toilet and the flushing pressure is very low. Is there something that we can adjust to fix this?

Secured waterless tank for additional storage: Is this OVE - NOVA's feature available on the OVE - IRENNE ?

The question related to the auto seat raise was related to the "range" setting. What is the range setting and how do I set it to lift the seat for me and leave it down for my wife? It's somehow related to how close you stand to the front?
The toilet dos not recognize Gender and will not raise lid and seat for a man. It only recognizes that someone is nearby and will lift the lid. If you need further explanation please reach out to us at 1.866.839.2888, a representative will gladly help you out
