Temperature issue like many others
It looks nice, however mine mile so many others came with the water temperature mixture set to barely warm. Why would you not include the temperature adjustment in the instructions? I have to go try to search, and it is not even posted anywhere for me to download it myself. I should not have to ask. I know it is a simple fix of moving the plastic ring in the mixer valve just like showers, but with no obvious way to get the handle off I'm not about to start tearing at a brand new faucet without instructions.

Good quality, challenging to install
Purchased this faucet for our master bath - looks great. A little challenging to install if you do not have access to below the floor. Connecting the hot and cold supply lines proved the toughest. Also make sure to adjusts the cartridge to your preferred temperature when installing. Instructions not included in the box, nor available on website, had to contact OVE directly and they emailed the instruction, not difficult to adjust.

Great look
I bought this for our new free standing tub and it is just as advertised. It is stylish and functions as it should. Plumber did need to adjust the max temp but found the instructions online.

Only will produce luke warm water
I recently installed this unit and apparently have the same issue as everyone else. The water won’t heat up and there isn’t a clear way or instructions to adjust this.

How do you turn the temperature up on the freestanding faucet there’s no set screw only a handle that screws out I would appreciate some information I’m trying to turn up the temperature for my wife she says it’s not hot I believe the name of the faucet
