Warped sofa, horrible customer service
My sister in-law bought this for me, and now out of frustration I have to take over.
The sofa arrived warped, we tried different arms thinking the arm was the wrong size. However it just confirmed the sofa was warped. Costco told us us to contact the manufacturer. After numerous photos were said their response was that they could not see an issue with the sofa, then offered to send a new arm or return the item.
How am I going to return a large sofa that was shipped ? I live on the top floor of a condo??
Horrible customer service. Be warned as it must reflect the quality of the product.

Some difficulty with assembly
Set looks great and is very comfortable! We've only had it assembled for less than a week now. Some trouble with assembly: The holes weren't aligning easily to attach the arms, so there was a lot of forcing entire body weight and struggling to get the screw in. Frustrating and doesn't look perfect if you look at the screws now, but is functional and looks okay from the front so we're leaving it alone.

Excellent Patio Set
The patio conversation set was delivered without damage in 2 large boxes. Assembly was completed by 1 person and was very easy using the directions provided. This is a beautiful set that is strong and sturdy, but yet light weight. The sunbrella cushions are thick, firm and very comfortable which is a nice combination. This set will be a great addition to our new patio!

Overall solid patio set
Relatively easy to assemble. You have to be careful about the bolt sizes as they are only 10 mm different. I did have some difficulty as I put the wrong bolt into the wrong hole and it did cause some difficulties. I was able to figure it out and get it taken care of. So far so good. Looks like a nice set.

We are happy with the quality and appearance of this set. The shipping pallet had both boxes stacked which worried me initially but everything went together smoothly. One arm rest had a slight scratch and hope to they will provide some touch up paint.

Great set!
Beautiful set, very comfortable, sunbrella cushions on the firmer side which is nice. The assembly did require a 2 person job holding tension to get the final bolt lined up in order to attach the arms, but once attached, it is a wonderful set.

Trying to receive a replacement chair
Bought this sectional, chair arrived damaged. Have been trying to get a replacement chair. Very difficult to get ahold of anyone and when I do I get different info. Tried to send a message to customer service but it doesn’t go through.
