VERY BAD DESIGN
THE BOLTS TO ATTACH THE TOILET TO THE FLOOR ARE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH AFTER THE TOILET IS IN PLACE.. IT TOOK TWO PEOPLE OVER TWO HOURS TO REACH BEHIND AND AROUND THE BACK OF THE TOILET TO GET THEM INSTALLED. I HAVE INSTALLED OVER 30 TOILETS IN MY 64 YEARS AND WILL NEVER BUY THIS MODEL AGAIN.

Cannot reach bolts to tighten to flange
I cannot reach the bolts to tighten to the flange. If you are able to get a ratchet on the nut, there's no room to turn the ratchet. I ended up buying wing nuts, but the toilet keep leaking after trying 4 wax rings. Just an awful design.

bad bad design ..waste of $$$
I bought this couple yrs ago and just now got to install it . Very bad design. 2 hours of trying to lock the flange nuts and couldn't do it. Cant put hands from the back od the toilet to access it. Had to buy a different one and install.. ow this unit sits in thw garage and prolly have to throw away. Nice design but cant install . May be if u drill it with porcelain cutter to access the nuts it might work ? Who knows

Comfortable & efficient
The toilet is great. The height is perfect and fill is so quick. The seat mounting system is awful. The rubber nut system “plug” is far too inadequate. It does not prevent the seat from moving, no matter how tight you make it. Had to use the nut/bolt system from old toilet seat. I was disappointed when my bidet did not mount to the new toilet due to the seat mounting system.

Most foolish design
I don’t see how anyone would respond to these same issues with excuses. How do you market a product that has not been tested for its feasibility. It’s impossible to fit your hands into that little hole to secure screw to flange. Totally useless. I told my client to through this nonesense away. All because you want to hide the holes?
Im appalled. Not to even mention how difficult it was to align the unsee. Holes with the bolt. No one person can do this alone.

Nice design but hard to install
I bought it last month, great design but it took me long to install and I realized right after the first flash that the floater valve are leaking from the top, I sent a message to be shipped and I’ll replace myself, overall it wasn’t easy but when installed it looks nice.

Cleanliness at it's best
We've debated a bidet for years and finally pulled the trigger for the Ove Wilma/Bliss Smart Bidet. We love it! Seat is always warm and waiting for us. Water temp can be adjusted to your preference and the power of the flush is an extra plus.

Tricky to install but a great toilet
I got this toilet for a steal of only 39.99 and it was a little hard to install due to a design flaw but it looks great and works great. Hard to access the holes to bolt it down but was able to get it after purchasing a right angle driver bit.
