Even one star is too much for lack of support
I bought this from Menards on 11/15/2020, received on 11/25/2020, got installed by plumber mid December. today , 31st January, 2021 Saturday 9.25AM Chicago time.
Toilet does not flush after use. Tried power off/on and flush again, water back flows instead of flushing. Use of plunger dose not help.
Customer service available only 9 to 5, Mon to Fri so no way to contact them until next 48 hrs.
Web site and product insert booklet has no information on trouble shooting.
I am also sending this info to them using Contact us form and expect some response before 9 am on Monday.
Hope fully they will take action to improve the information and service for a useful product.

Outstanding product and Customer Service!!
I've owned my Ove 735H Smart Toilet since fall of 2014 when I built my new home. I have to say this smart toilet is one of the highlights of our home! You don't realize what a difference it makes for your comfort, and the features this particular model has is excellent. Above all the customer service I recieved from Jose recently with a faulty mechanism in the bidet system was unbelievable! They absolutely stand behind their product, and I can't say enough how she put my wife and I at ease by going above and beyond our expectations! Folks go buy this product it's worth the enjoyment on a daily basis plus rest assured customer service if needed is even better. Cheers...

Flush button not working in a year
735H Smart toilet worked great and we loved it for a year when it was working fine. now the flush function is not working through the remote and as well manual flush button. Water doesn’t fill the tank as well because the flush button hardware is pressing the flush button inside the tank continuously and so water doesn’t retain. Had to keep the tank cover lifted with a plastic wedge to make the tank fill and retain water in the tank. Then when done, had to remove the plastic wedge which make the flush hardware press the flush button inside the tank . No plumber in the Boston area knows how to fix this and what part they need and where to order the part. $spent on a nice toilet went down the drain after one year, too bad

Don’t plan on more than 1 -1.5 year use
Purchased toilet for 1,200.00 from Home Depot
•installed by plumber that found the bowl leaked. Upon further examination the plumber found that the inside of the bowl had been patched at the factory!
•Mfg did send out a replacement bowl
•another plumber trip to install the toilet
•the features worked inconsistently, but we learned to live with it; until it stopped working at under a year old
•Mfg warranty replacement sent 6 months after reporting because they were out of stock and waiting in shipment ( presumably frim China)
•installed the replacement unit and it stopped working 16 months after put in use
•only 1 year warranty for an overpriced manual, plastic toilet
•not that it should matter, but this toilet is not in a heavy use bathroom.

A great smart toilet at a competative price
I bought an early version of this toilet in 2013. It's still going strong. It has great features and works very well. The best part is the support I've received from Ove. I had a valve stick in the unit, and even though it was technically out of warranty, Ove stepped up and sent me a whole new seat assembly. It's a great unit, and a company that stands behind their products. I would look to buy other stuff from Ove just because of the excellent support.

Don't buy unless you want to shed 1K on plumber
I bought two pieces of this, the box has 3 pieces missing in the assembly. Kudos to their quality control measures. After buying parts from my own from home depot the toilet started leaking. (Both of them) The customer support send me a video to replace nozzle. My plumber declines to open the seat. Good luck with fixing it unless you have a degree in plumbing and electronics. Stay away from this model.
Put some more money and get toto or kolhers toilet.

Not reliable! Bad Customer Service
I borough this smart toilet just little over year. About 8 month the remote control went bad I have to use the control on the toilet seat. A little over year after using the toilet the washlet water will keep running for more than 5 minutes before it shuts off the water. I have try turn off the smart toilet power see if the running water will stop but it won't stop. It wasted a lots water each time you use the toilet so I decided not to use the smart toilet. I did try to email the OVE and ask them how to fix this problem but they never reply my concern. I will just replace this toilet to other brand. I just flush over $1000 to the toilet buying this garage. I will never buy any product made by OVE.

Doesn’t work
I bought this toilet last summer and was super excited about it...from the first day it was installed the toilet has not worked correctly. It is constantly beeping, the seat doesn’t heat up, the sprayer works when it wants to which isn’t often. Very disappointed with this product.

I bought this model as is from Menards they gave us a remote that doesn't match the one in the manual. It's from another model. Will it still work?
